Every effort has been made to ensure a safe and secure form to email submission process but advise users using such form to email processes that they do so at their own risk.
Booking Confirmation
25% deposit required. Booking confirmed once we have acknowledged receipt of your payment. The remaining balance needs to be paid at the beginning of the event.
Payment terms
Payment by debit/credit card is preferred. Cheques not accepted.
Paying the rest of the fee for your event day. If you are paying by cash please provide the exact money. We don’t provide change.
Unforeseen Circumstances & Liability
In the unlikely event of a major technical failure with the selected gaming van a full refund will be offered, or an alternative date arranged.
There are occasionally issues beyond our control that get in the way.
In circumstances such as serious illness, severe weather or any other circumstance which would subject Signature Events Management Limited or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger we reserve the right to cancel, alter or delay your booking. We will inform you of any such issue as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
In the event of traffic or other circumstances beyond our control preventing us from being able to fulfil your booking our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event. A pro-rata reduction in the hire fee will be paid in the event of a delayed start only if you fail to receive the full time you paid for. No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings. Depending on the situation we will also offer to exchange the booking to another date.
Day of the booking
If the events starts later than the agreed time because the gaming van was not ready then we will continue until you have had the time you paid for. If the event is delayed because you do not turn up on time the event will still finish at the agreed time. If no-one turns up within 30 minutes of the agreed start time, then we will leave and no refund will be given.
Safety of Participants
We will not tolerate bad behaviour, bad language, aggressive behaviour or threatening behaviour to our team or other customers.
Employees of Signature Events Management Limited reserve the right to send away any person who in their judgement is found to be unmanageable or a danger to the safety or enjoyment of others. In this event, no refund will be given to said individual(s) nor to the event in cases where this leads to a cancellation of the booking. Any additional costs involved in removing said participant(s) will be borne by the client.
For the comfort, health and safety of all concerned, there will be no smoking during any of the activities. The Company will accept no liability for problems arising from failure to accept and/or respond to the authority and instructions of the appointed staff.
Anyone considered being under the influence of drugs or having consumed an excessive amount of alcohol will not be allowed on board our van.
Age Appropriate Gaming
Signature Events Management Limited will not allow individuals to play games, which are not of a suitable age rating. The age appropriateness of games is set by PEGI.
Age Restrictions
Children under 6 years old must be supervised by a parent, the parent must stay with the child for the duration of the session. Without this constant supervision, the child will not be allowed into the van or allowed to remain if the parent vacates the van.
Food and Drinks
No food and drinks to be bought on or consumed within the van.
Media Rights
Photographs, videos and other recorded media taken during your event may be used by Signature Events Management Limited for marketing or advertising purposes. If this is unacceptable, please notify us beforehand. Any material published that you are unhappy with will be removed upon request. Safeguarding of children is of paramount importance to all of us at Signature Events Management Limited.
Damages
In the event of any damages caused by participants to vehicles or Signature Events Management Limited equipment, except by fair wear and tear, the client will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported to a member of Signature Events Management Limited immediately. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any damage to driveway or ground’s that is considered to be caused by our vehicle, crew or partygoers. It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure the grounds are suitable to support our vehicles and were unsure to seek advice from a qualified person.
Event Information
All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of Signature Events Management Limited is given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.
Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaint during your booking, please notify your Signature Events Management Limited representative immediately. We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution. In the event that you are not satisfied then please explain in writing to the owner of Signature Events Management Limited as soon as possible after the date of your booking. Your feedback is important and will be treated as such.
Insurances
The Company is covered by all necessary insurances.
Online Gaming
Many of our games are online games and we require a strong Internet connection. We have an Internet connection in out vans, but for a more secure gaming experience, or where signal is poor, we would like to connect to your router by cable (we provide the cable).
Under no circumstances is Signature Events Management Limited responsible for not being able to run online games due to poor internet signal.
Under no circumstances is Signature Events Management Limited responsible if the online gaming servers are down, a random update is required, or online games are unplayable for any reason. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands.

Please note that all persons using our gaming vans do so at their own risk.
The person/s or organisation hiring this equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the vehicle and equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the vehicle or equipment being returned in an unacceptable condition i.e.: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge of €50.
I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above and agree to Hire the Equipment listed in my order (and associated equipment, including but not limited to extension cables & ethernet cables) which is subject to the terms and conditions as above. All equipment will be returned in the same condition as at the start of hire.
