1. When are your gaming vans available?
Our gaming vans are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.
2. How long do I get the equipment for?
Bookings start from 2 hours and can be booked for up to 12 hours via the website. Should you require a longer period of time, please contact us to arrange a bespoke quotation.
3. Do you hire overnight?
Yes this can be arranged, please contact us
4. What sort of area do you need for the vehicle?
Our vehicles are up to extra long wheel base, and can be parked either on your driveway or directly outside your premises. Ideally, our vehicles are parked on a flat surface to ensure a comfortable experience whilst on-board. The area must be clear of sharp objects such as screws etc. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and not deliver our equipment on unsuitable ground.
5. Do I have to pay a booking deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is taken with every booking.
6. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, but cancellations within 7 days of your booking will result in your deposit not being refunded. If more than 7 days notice has been given, your deposit will be added to your Northwest Gaming account, which can then be used towards another booking within 6 months.
7. What if it rains?
All of our vehicles are watertight, but you must ensure doors remains closed to keep our equipment dry.
8. How long does it take to set up the gaming van?
The gaming vans take approx 20-30 minutes to set up and 10-15 minutes to pack up by our efficient team. However this is only an estimate.
9. Are your vansclean?
Yes. All our gaming vans are clean. We are committed to making sure that you are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
10. When I hire the gaming van is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the gaming van; you will need to provide up to 2 mains 13amp socket power supplies. However, we may be able to source a generator from a local tool hire firm on your behalf and at your own risk. Additionally, we may request a hardwired connection into your broadband router if the signal for our mobile broadband is not strong enough.
11. How much electricity do the vans consume?
Surprisingly, not very much. It usually costs around €1.00 electricity per hour of play.
